Dr. Visakh P.M. (M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor at TUSUR University, Tomsk, Russia, since 2017. He did his postdoctoral research at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia (2014–2017).
