Dr. Reda S.M. Al-Mawadieh is a Director Assistant of the Development and Quality Assurance Unit at Zarqa University. He got his PhD in Education -Management of Educational Institutions form Cairo University. Previously he held numerous positions at Zarqa University including Dean of Faculty of Educational Sciences for 8 years, the Vice Dean for 3 years, the head of Early Childhood Department for 10 years, and the head of Faculty Staff Development Division. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education of Arab Universitas. He is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Modern Educational Trends, has 45 research papers, 13 scientific books, and has conducted more than 80 training courses. He also participated in workshops funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program in Germany and Barcelona. He participated in over 140 committees, both as chair and member whether in academic or professional work or for the Ministry of Higher Education. He also participated in the examination of more than 180 doctoral and master’s theses. In addition, he participated in numerous committees within the Ministry of Education as a certified quality assessor for Jordanian universities, responsible for assessing general and specific accreditations requirements for universities, and awarding quality certificates at the local level. He’s also a certified EFQM Assessor. He is a member of the editorial boards of more than 10 local and regional journals, including serving as editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Modern Educational Trends at Zarqa University.Dr. Hala Alsabatin is an accomplished educator with a PhD in Educational Leadership from Wichita State University, USA, and a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Jordan. As a CELTA and DELTA holder, she brings extensive expertise to her role as Head of the Classroom Teacher Department at a prestigious university in Amman, Jordan. Dr. Alsabatin oversees curriculum implementation, lecture planning, and student progress assessment, leveraging her deep understanding of diverse educational cultures and curricula. Her research focuses on educational leadership, diversity, and organizational change management, with a commitment to tailoring teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of students.
