Amelia and Camelia Make a Great Team

Like all penguins, Amelia the Fairy Penguin loves to swim in the ocean … until one day she has a terrible accident. Poor Amelia loses the use of her legs. 

But a special wheelchair she calls Camelia helps her to do all the things she used to do and more – even swimming with her friends again. 

Amelia and Camelia Make a Great Team by Kate Pennington teaches children that people with a disability can live a full life. Its universal messages about tolerance, inclusivity and having a positive attitude are such important life lessons.
