Dr Umakanta Mohapatra, presently serving as Public Relation Officer to Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha has around ten years of teaching experience at graduate and post graduate level both as a regular and guest faculty. He has wide acquaintance with developmental administration, management of peoples’ perception, and, activities of the grass root voluntary organizations. To his credit, Dr Mohapatra has research articles published in Scopus, Copernicus and ISSN indexed journals.
