Dr. Ravi P Kanojia is a Professor of Paediatric Surgery and Tenure consultant at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, India. He completed his medical undergraduate education at SNMC Agra, post-graduation, and specialisation at King Georges Medical University Lucknow. He has over 100 publications with pioneering work in Minimal Invasive Surgery, Robotics, and basic science research. He is the founder and managing editor of the Journal of Paediatric Endoscopic Surgery, an exclusive Paediatric MAS and robotic surgery journal published by Springer.He held some key academic positions as Editorial Secretary for the Journal of the Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons. He has the credit of getting the journal PubMed indexed during his tenure. He is also the past secretary of the Indian Association of Paediatric Surgeons. This association is the key custodian of Paediatric surgery activities in India.One of his specialties is neonatal laparoscopy and robotic surgery.
