Niklas Eriksson and Pär Skoglund Finquist both have an extensive experience as managers and leaders. They have worked with and part of many management teams, both in Sweden and abroad. They both have a wealth of experience as leadership consultants, and over the last ten years they have worked with management and leadership development at all levels in many organisations. They both believe in a creatively aware leadership style that entails coaching more than just rubbing people up the right way, providing honest challenges instead of criticism, and in which the organisations results are more important than the leaders own success and ambition.
