Succeeding in the Induction Year

This is the second edition of a successful guide to the arrangements for induction, fully updated in line with the induction standards which came into effect in September 2003. It offers support and guidance to final year trainees and Newly Qualified Teachers undertaking their first full year in schools, and helps them prepare effectively for the induction period, understand the requirements of the national induction standards and know their, and others', responsibilities.
