and the meal has not been delivered?

a woman throws her plate of food

at the meal coordinator?



What do you do when a mother of five

has no food and lives in an

unheated apartment?

Standing on Holy Ground tells the way these prayers were answered and is a compilation of many more stories that show the way God works in everyday situations. The "Holy Ground" is Grace Resource Center, an emergency service center that helps the homeless, those with low income, and other at-risk people.



As a food server at Grace Resource Center, the author has experienced weekly events that touched her heart. These stories will make you laugh, they will make you cry, but mostly, they will confirm your faith in human nature as you read about the acts of kindness, the tender moments, and the way God blesses this center, and all who come into contact with it, confirming that it is truly Holy Ground.
