Rise of Protestant Evangelism in Ecuador, 1898-1990

This work examines the way in which North American fundamentalist Protestants have proselytised in Latin America. Using Ecuador as a case study, the book shows their success at the cost of indigenous cultures and the natural environment, along with their failure to relieve poverty.
