Right to Food

Francis Adams completed his doctorate in Government at Cornell University and is University Professor of Political Science and International Studies at Old Dominion University. Dr. Adams has served as Director of the undergraduate International Studies program, Associate and Acting Director of the Graduate Program in International Studies, and Chair of the Department of Political Science and Geography. His teaching and research areas include international political economy, international development, globalization, and Latin American politics.
