Judgment of 5 October 2016 whereby the International Court of Justice upheld the objection to jurisdiction raised by Pakistan, based on the absence of a dispute between Pakistan and the Marshall Islands, and finds that it cannot proceed to the merits of the case. Arrêt du 5 octobre 2016 par lequel la Cour internationale de Justice a retenu l’exception d’incompétence soulevée par le Pakistan fondée sur l’absence de différend entre le Pakistan et les Iles Marshall, et dit qu’elle ne pouvait procéder à l’examen de l’affaire au fond.
