Dr Michael Suer joined the Spine Clinic at the University of Wisconsin in 2018 after completing both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Clinical interests include non-surgical spine care including both fluoroscopic-and ultrasound-guided injections. His goal is to improve function in his patients so they can return to performing recreational activities, improve their quality of life, and lessen their symptom burden. He also enjoys teaching and working with residents and fellows and improving the educational aspects they receive while at UW. He is currently an associate professor in the Division of Rehabilitation Medicine and serves as the Associate Director of the PM&R Residency.Dr Nalini Sehgal is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. Her clinical and research interests include minimally invasive image guided procedures to diagnose and treat complex pain disorders, chronic pain of spinal origin, whiplash, cancer pain and chronic musculoskeletal pain, radio frequency and neuroablative procedures; intradiscal treatments (e.g. IDET); spinal cord stimulation and neuraxial drug delivery. She is the current chairman of the Division of Rehabilitation Medicine and the fellowship director of the ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
