This book aims to present an overview of government procurement of public services in China. Dr. Xiang Xiansheng is a research fellow at the National Governance Institute of Peking University. He is also an adjunct professor at Huaqiao University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Government, Peking University. His research interests include interdisciplinary jurisprudence and modernization of governance capacity.
