John Kramp earned degrees from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He served as pastor and church planter in Texas and Oregon, was vice-president of Lifeway Christian Resources, co-founded The Riverstone Group, a business and life consulting firm based in Nashville, TN, and lead as SVP, Group Publish for HarperCollins Christian Publishing focusing on Bibles, Spanish, Academic and Reflective. Along the way he wrote four books, On Track Leadership, Out of Their Faces and Into Their Shoes (an ECPA Gold Medallion Award finalist), Getting Ahead by Staying Behind, and The Psalm 119 Experience. John also wrote the song, The Touch of the Master's Hand, adapting the words of an old poem. He and his wife, Lynn Marie, live in the mountains outside of Asheville, NC.
