Through his experiences in education, Mr. Tkatchov has been able to record practical yet effective educational practices.Michele Kraynak Pollnow holds a M.Ed. degree in Curriculum and Instruction and has spent her education career in Arizona. She is pursuing her doctorate from Arizona State University where topics of interest include effective implementation of professional development at the classroom practice level.

Michele Pollnow is/was an exceptional teacher who not only planned classroom lessons to the state standards, but also understood the personal needs of each individual child. She was instrumental in helping each student believe in themselves, teaching them to live their dreams and reach beyond expectations.
