António Abreu is a post-doctorate in Information Technologies and Systems, by the University of Coimbra, Department of Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. He is an associate professor at Porto Accounting and Business School/ Polytechnic University of Porto (Portugal). He has done PhD in Software Engineering based on reusable components with human-machine interface applications, by the University of Vigo. He is integrated researcher of the Research Centre CEOS.PP—Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto. Between 2015 and 2018, he was a coordinator of the Professional Higher Technical Courses (CTeSP) of the Higher Institute and Accounting and Administration of Porto (ISCAP) and coordinator for Market Development of the Training Centre and Services Abroad of ISCAP.João Vidal Carvalho is a post-doctorate in Technologies and Information Systems at the University of Coimbra. He is an associate professor at Porto Accounting and Business School/ Polytechnic University of Porto (Portugal). He has done PhD in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Master in Information Technology Management from the University of Minho, and Degree in Informatics/Applied Mathematics from the Portucalense University. He was (between 2020 and 2022) the vice-director of the Research Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP). He is an effective member of the Committee for Recognition / Certification of Skills of ISCAP / Polytechnic University of Porto. He is vice-president of IADITI—International Association for Digital Transformation and Technological Innovation. Anabela Mesquita is a professor at the Porto Accounting and Business School / Polytechnic of Porto since 1990. She is a vice-dean between 2007 and 2018. She is the president of the SPACE European network. She is a member of the Algoritmi Research Centre (Minho University) and the former director of CICE (Research Centre for Communication and Education). She is a member of MAERA. She is the [resident of the External Evaluation Committee for the A3ES (Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation in Higher Education) in the area of Executive Management. She has been (and is) involved in many European and National research projects both as a researcher and as a coordinator. She has published numerous papers in various international journals and conference proceedings. She is a member of the program committee and scientific committee of several national and International conferences.Agostinho Sousa Pinto has a PhD in Information Technology and Systems Engineering from the University of Minho and is a specialist professor in Information Systems. He conducts research in the area of Organizational Knowledge Management, especially in the context of Shared Services. He collaborates with CEOS.PP and the Algoritmi Research Center at the University of Minho. A professor at ISCAP since 1998, he has developed a career as a TSI Manager in large economic groups. He is a member of ISCAP's Scientific Technical Council. He is the director of the Master's Degree in Electronic Business and vice-president of ISCAP.Marcelo Mendonça Teixeira is a Portuguese-Brazilian citizen; he completed a post-doctorate at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona; a post-doctorate at the Department of Statistics and Informatics of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco; and a post-doctorate at the Department of Chemistry of UFRPE. He is a researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Applied Informatics at UFRPE, a researcher at TECNES (EAD UFRPE), a researcher in the Software Engineering and Applied Computing (SEAC) research group, linked to the Software Engineering course at the University of Pernambuco (UPE), and is an adjunct professor (Public Servant) on the Software Engineering and Computer Science degree courses at the University of Pernambuco (UPE). He received a PNPD scholarship from CAPES and FACEPE from 2014 to 2016.
