A spiral bound collection of 20 circular cycle rides throughout the Thames Valley varying in length from 8 to 30 miles.The River Thames and its surrounding countryside has long been a magnet for cyclists. The upper Thames between Kemble and Wallingford offers rides that are flat or gently undulating making them ideal for beginners.
