Jamun (Syzigium cuminii) is a subtropical minor fruit crop observed on the field boundaries , along the road side and in forest in Maharashtra State (India). While marketing they do not followed the proper marketing practices like standardization and grading also this trade is characterized by the large no of intermediaries and there is exploitation of farmers, alternatively producers share in the consumers rupee is very less.This book focuses on the existing marketing practices of the Jamun fruits and suggest the ways to improve the marketing of the same.
