Javier Pinto-Garay is an Associate Professor of Business Ethics at the School of Business and Economics, Universidad de los Andes, Chile. He has published several articles, chapters, and books on business and professional ethics and the philosophy of work. He is currently working on virtue ethics and new Natural Law applied to business practices and work. He holds a B.S. in Philosophy (Universidad de los Andes), an MSc. in Organizational Behavior and HR Management (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and a Ph.D. in Philosophy (University of Navarra).Germán Scalzo is a tenured Full Professor of Business Ethics at the Universidad Panamericana’s Faculty of Economic and Business in Mexico City. He holds an International Ph.D. in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Governance and Culture of Organizations from the University of Navarra, Spain, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in business from Austral University, Argentina. He has published numerous articles, chapters and books on economics and business through an anthropological and philosophical lens. His current research includes virtue ethics and the logic of gift.
