 Bizzy Bee spends all his time flying and buzzing from flower to flower, collecting nectar and taking it back to the hive like all the other bees. It’s such a busy life —but then sometimes Bizzy knows he needs to stop and JUST BE!

This short and colourful book has a combination of text and rhyme, teaching children how to stop, be calm and peaceful, notice sights and sounds around them  - and that they can do this whenever they need to and especially if they feel tired, anxious or need to “step out”.
