Jim's Journey

This story follows a young man of 54 with Alzheimer's Disease. The story starts 2 years before he was diagnosed and follows him through until his time of death. The story is told by his wife and includes all the trials and tribulations of living with the Alzheimer's Disease. It is about all the things that change for the worse in all aspects of daily living. What to expect and what not to expect and the devastation this disease causes the family.
