Introduction to Queueing Systems

This volume is a textbook for teaching a one-semester senior undergraduate or graduate course on queueing systems. The topic is essential one for an academic programme dealing with computer networks and the performance of computer systems. In addition, it is also a required topic in industrial engineering or operations research programs.
