John Jackson is a barrister at law and Dean and Professor of Criminal Law at the School of Law, University College Dublin. Sarah Summers is currently Oberassistentin in criminal law and criminal procedure at the Law School in the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Law, Freiburg in Breisgau, Germany.
