Imaging in Stem Cell Transplant and Cell-based Therapy

Tarun Pandey, MD is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. His clinical work is focused on Magnetic Resonance Imaging. He has a long career in academics and research spanning over 15 years. During this time Dr. Pandey had varied interests ranging from musculoskeletal MRI, Body imaging and Cardiac MRI. His current area of research includes molecular imaging and its applications in Cardiac and Cancer imaging, especially in diagnosis and treatment of Multiple Myeloma. He is the fellowship director of the MSK/Body MRI fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and enjoys teaching his fellows and residents. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed articles, reviews for numerous journals, and has served several educational committees at national and international radiology societies. The focus of his teaching is to simplify complex educational content that will stimulate reader interest.
