Hey Dude

What can this rather chubby mouse want, standing by the river bank and shouting 'Hey dude' to the animals as they swim past?
He's not making himself very popular with the other creatures in the jungle, like the water buffalo, the zebra and the hippo.
Does he have a good reason for doing this, or is he nothing more than a rude mouse?
