JULIA KOTLARSKY is Associate Professor of Information Systems, Information Systems and Management Group, Warwick Business School, UK. LESLIE WILLCOCKS is Professor of Technology Work and Globalization and Director of the Outsourcing Unit at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
