Accidents. Lots of tragic, horrific, and deadly accidents are plaguing the tiny watermen's town of Rock Narrows. The close-knit community soldiers on with typical Eastern Shore stoicism, never once suspecting a killer is on the loose.

Only when Deena uncovers damning evidence does the danger looming over the people of Rock Narrows become clear. Terrified she's the next target, Deena races to stop the murderer before it's too late.
