Like a skipping stone's impact on water, I have hoped my every act of gratitude causes ripples of appreciation.

Author Austen Brower often quips that he, "wrote the book by accident." Having started a 365-day thank you note journey in January 2020, writing became a way to reflect and cope with the vulgar election cycle and global pandemic. Being passionate about people and wanting to add a sense of positivity into the world, he hopes the book will inspire others to share much-needed gratitude with their communities.

Drawing inspiration from his own father's gratitude journey, Brower learned that tangible, genuine gratitude is not difficult.
