For the Love of Rugby

Rugby has become a popular and significant sport in Russia; to a far larger extent than people realise in countries where the sport has been played for much longer.

According to recent statistics, there are at least 365 rugby clubs and well over 21 600 players, male and female, in the Russian Federation.

And the game keeps growing in many cities, towns and regions, thanks to the enthusiasm and dedication of players, administrators and supporters who keep building and promoting the game, even during the harsh winter months.
