God understands pain that only He alone can fathom regardless what others say. We find ourselves stuck in a rut. We want to get unstuck but we just can't seem to. Nothing seems to work. David knows this feeling when he said, "I waited patiently for the LORD; He turned to me and heard my cry." David along with Abraham, Job, Jonah, Elijah and many others throughout the ancient and universal times, knows only too well what it's like to feel depressed. Depression is not a sin. It simply means we need help.
