N.H. REEVE is a Lecturer in English at the University of Wales, Swansea. He is the author of The Novels of Rex Warner and co-author, with Richard Kerridge of Nearly Too Much: The Poetry of J.H. Prynne. He edited Henry James: The Shorter Fiction - Reassessments and has written numerous articles and essays on nineteenth and twentieth century fiction and poetry. - ROD MENGHAM is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of English at Cambridge University where he is also Director of Studies at Jesus College. He has written The Idiom of the Time: The Writings of Henry Green, 'Wuthering Heights': A Critical Study, The Descent of Language: Writing in Praise of Babel and Charles Dickens.
