Empirically Supported Cognitive Therapies

In the spirit of disseminating some of the most recent research on empirically-supported treatments, this volume brings together practitioners and researchers in the field who use a cognitive model as the basis of their work. Cognitive techniques are described in clinical detail for common clinical problems such as depression, biopolar disorder, phobias, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders; post traumatic stress disorders and eating disorder. Newer applications for anger management and antisocial behaviour in children and adolescents are also reviewed. Illustrative case examples are integral to each discussion.
