Dr Chris Ashton is a teacher by profession and a waterfowl breeder by choice. She and her husband live on a smallholding in Wales where they specialise in pure breeds of ducks and geese. They have developed their stock to be amongst the top waterfowl breeders in the UK over the last 25 years.
