Developing as a Secondary School Mentor

This case-study approach to mentoring tackles many of the common challenges faced by mentors in secondary schools, and provides trainee mentors and their tutors with the opportunity to experience mentoring challenges and problems in a safe learning environment. The book will help mentors learn more rapidly by identifying and practising key skills and techniques such as interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, and decision-making under pressure.
