Counselling Supervision

This work examines the practical skills needed for setting up a programme of supervision and the theoretical knowledge required. It provides two models: a four-stage model of setting up, maintaining and engaging in supervision; and a model connecting the tasks of supervision with its goals and purposes. It is intended for use by both supervisor and trainee as a means of managing their relationship.
