Yuriy Tykhovlis is a Ukrainian lawyer and a Rome-based official of the Vatican Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, where he oversees the Eastern Europe desk. His academic background includes degrees in law (LL.M.), intellectual property (LL.M.), and philosophy (PhD). This scholarly foundation informs his long-standing institutional and academic commitment to the common good and social justice, with particular focus on the eradication of emerging forms of human rights violations, including human trafficking and digital crimes.
