Ayush Madan (Edited By) Ayush Madan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Research and Technology (SORT), People's University, Bhopal, India and a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Tropical Aquaculture and Fisheries, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia, working on a Malaysian Government-funded project focused on integrated microalgae-shrimp cultivation for wastewater bioremediation and shrimp growth enhancement. He holds an M.Tech. in Biotechnology from Graphic Era University, India, and has expertise in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Recombinant DNA Technology, and in vitro techniques such as Plant Tissue Culture and Animal Cell Culture. With prior experience as an Assistant Professor at Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology, Meerut, he has published research in reputed journals and presented at national and international conferences.Debasis Mitra (Edited By) Dr. Debasis Mitra, a distinguished Fellow of SASS and IOASD Society, India, serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Uttarakhand, India. His research focuses on the practical application and formulation of plant growth-promoting microorganisms, advancing sustainable crop production, protection, and development in both laboratory and field settings. Dr. Mitra has been honored with several prestigious awards from various scientific societies for his contributions to Microbiology and Biotechnology. He holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Raiganj University, West Bengal, India, and ICAR-National Rice Research Institute (NRRI), Odisha, India. Dr. Mitra further expanded his academic horizons through a virtual doctoral internship at the Agroenvironmental and Health Biotechnology Laboratory, Universidad de Santander, Colombia. Dr. Mitra earned his M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), India and his B.Sc. in Biotechnology from the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, Vidyasagar University, India. In his pursuit of continuous learning, Dr. Mitra has acquired online course certificates in "Microbiology and Forensic Science" from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan; "Climate Change" from Macquarie University, Australia; and "Agriculture and the World We Live In" from Massey University, New Zealand, all completed in 2018. Dr. Mitra has an extensive publication record, including books, book chapters, research and review papers, popular articles, research/technical bulletins, e-publications, conference proceedings, and training materials. He has developed innovative technologies of "Cocopeat with rice husk and sawdust compost as a nursery medium for growing vegetable seedlings" at ICAR- Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, India, and his collaborative involvement in developing "Microbial consortium (MC) for pest and disease management in rice-horticulture based cropping system in Sikkim" and "Bio-fertilizer consortium (BC) for nutrient management in rice-horticulture based cropping system in Sikkim" at ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, India and serves as an editor, editorial board member, Advisory Board Member, special issue editor, guest editor and reviewer for esteemed national and international journals. Additionally, he actively supervising Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D. students, fostering cutting-edge academic research in microbiology and biotechnology.Snezana Andjelkovic (Edited By) Dr. Snežana Andjelkovic is currently serving as a senior researcher at Institute for Forage Crops Kruševac, Republic of Serbia from 2007. Before that, she worked in the biochemical laboratory of the Health Center in Kruševac as a graduate biologist from 2003 to 2005. She graduated from the Faculty of Science, Department of Biology, and University of Pristina in 2001. She obtained her master's degree from the Faculty of Science, University of Priština in 2007, and her PhD from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad, in 2013. She has several research publications in journals of international repute.
