Mary Helen Bowers is a professional ballet dancer and CEO of Ballet Beautiful. For ten years, she danced with the New York City Ballet at Lincoln Center and stages around the world. Mary Helen received a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Columbia University. In 2008, she launched Ballet Beautiful, a fitness and lifestyle brand inspired by the elegance, beauty, and athleticism of ballet. Ballet Beautiful has a global membership with A-list celebrities, supermodels, and other jet-set clientele. Currently, Bowers lives with her husband in New York City.
