Pasquale Martino, MD, FEBU, is a urologist and specialist for biomedical technology. In addition to serving as President of the Italian Society of Urological, Andrological and Nephrological Ultrasound (SIEUN), he is a Professor at the Residency School of Urology and Coordinator of the Post-Graduate Degree Programin Urological, Andrological and Nephrological Ultrasound Scanning at Bari University (Italy).A member of the European Association of Urology’s (EAU’s) Section of Urological Imaging (ESUI), his main clinical research interests include US studies of the prostate and kidney, optimization of US-guided biopsies of the prostate, interventional US, and renal transplant surgery. He is the author of ca. 270 scientific publications in national and international journals, as well as various videos, and the co-author of books focused on urological and andrological US.Andrea B.
