Vickie learns of a secret that she chooses to keep very close to her heart. Her intimate vendetta has a lot to do with the title of this book.

Star is just everybody's favorite eye candy. She's an XTC, pill-popping, hoochie mama.

The story heats up after Vickie visits a doctor. Now she's tied between two things: The spontaneous lifestyle she's so accustomed to living and the deadly secret she has hidden in the closet. However, there's one person who catches wind of her secret very early and goes out of his way to put a stop to her evil games.

Meanwhile, Star also has a secret that gets exposed while she goes out of her way to win a game where the odds have been stacked against her.

Now, in the midst of this escapade of sex, lies, murder, and games, Jethro continues to do what every other player in the game does, get money and play the game. However, there's still one more enemy against all, and she's an evil bitch we all call Karma. Karma makes everything that once went around come back around to give everybody what they deserve.
