Brunner analyzes the church-diaconal honorary office in the three social discourses of justification of professionalism, power / participation and work. Conclusion: insufficient. Based on the Kingdom of God motif, Brunner developed a theologically responsible process model with a systemic perspective. In it, voluntary and differently located work and activities in the church-diaconal area appear as a form of participation in the kingdom of God. That can only result in fair working conditions and a new appreciation!
