Growing up in a world where magic is real and almost everyone has it on some level, Faith had gotten used to being one of the unfortunate ones: a person with no magic at all. Prepared to go the rest of her life flying under the radar of the popular "mages", people so attuned to magic that they can actually control it, her life is turned upside down when two of the most popular mages in school disappear shortly after meeting her with a strange offer she doesn't understand. Driven by a sense of responsibility, Faith teams up with a group of misfits and faces vampires, faeries, and demons in order to find the missing mages and learn a lot about herself.
