Run Liu is a professor from School of Architecture, Tianjin University, a doctoral supervisor, the head of Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering of Tianjin University, and the director of Geotechnical Engineering Institute of Tianjin University. She is the leader of the "Ten Thousand People Plan" of the Ministry of Organization of the People's Republic of China, the recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, the excellent talent of the new century of the Ministry of Education, the leader of the high-level innovation and entrepreneurial team of Tianjin, and the first level talent of the 131 plan of Tianjin. She has published 206 papers, including 55 SCI-indexed papers and 156 EI-indexed papers. Chongchong Qi, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor of Central South University and a member of Young 100 in Hunan Province. He graduated from China University of Mining and Technology in 2016 with a bachelor degree, and graduated from University of Western Australia in 2019 with a doctoral degree (supervisor: Andy Fourie) and joined Academician Liyuan Chai's team at Central South University for postdoctoral research from March 2022. He is mainly engaged in research work on comprehensive utilization of mining solid waste, environmental risk assessment of mining solid waste, resourceization of mining solid waste, tailings utilization and mine filling. Dr. Teik-Hua Law is Associate Professor at the Civil Engineering Department, Universiti Putra Malaysia and serves as the Head of the Road Safety Research Center in Engineering Faculty, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Dr. Law also appointed as Adjunct Professor at the Hernan Technology University in China Mainland. He has working on multiple international research projects offered by the Handicap International, the Volvo Sweden, the World Health Organization and the FIA foundation. Dr. Law has 55 journal papers published in the top transportation journals, such as Accident Analysis and Prevention, Transport Geography, Transportation Research Part A, Transportation Research Part D, Transportation Research Part F, Transport Policy, Journal of Safety Research. He is also a frequent presenter at national and international conferences.
