Arti Vaish is a professor in the Department of Computer Engineering,School of Engineering and Technology at O. P. Jindal University, Raigarh,CG, India. She earned her PhD degree from Netaji Subhash Institute ofTechnology, Delhi University, New Delhi, India (2012). She has registered20 patents and published and presented more than a hundred researchpapers in SCI indexed/Scopus indexed international journals and atinternational and national conferences. She has authored six books. Shehas over 18 years of rich experience in academia and research. She is arecipient of the 2021 Who’s Who in the World® Lifetime AchievementAward and was successfully nominated as a candidate for the 2018–2021edition of Who’s Who in America. She received an academic excellenceaward from WeGrow and the Ministry of Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises (MSME) in 2020 and the best researcher award in 2020 fromthe Institute of Technical and Scientific Research (ITSR) Foundation. Shehad guided six PhD students. Dr Arti has been a reviewer for severalarchived journals at the international level: Progress in ElectromagneticResearch, Wireless Personal Communication, the IETE Journal ofResearch, and WSEAS Transactions, to name a few of them.Pankaj Kumar Goswami earned B.Tech., M.Tech, and PhD degrees in thearea of Electronic Engineering and has 15 years of teaching experiencein reputed organisations. He has more than 30 international publicationsin peer-reviewed journals, including IEEE Explore, which are Scopus andSCI indexed. His main areas of research are machine learning, the internetof things, wideband antenna designs, cognitive radios, and power qualityissues in non-linear electronic devices. He has organised several nationaland international conferences, symposia, and webinars. Dr Goswami hasalso registered several patents in the fields of antenna design, the internetof things, and machine-learning-based applications under the IntellectualProperty Rights of the Government of India. He is an e-educator in thefield of machine learning using Python. He is actively associated in NAACSSR preparations at university interfaces and has visited several times theSAARC countries of Nepal, Bhutan, the seven sisters (Arunachal Pradesh,Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura), and the“brother” state Sikkim for various academic promotional activities. Heis a professional member of several national and international bodiessuch as, IEEE, IETE and ISTE. Dr Goswami has been involved in variouseducational outreach activities through online sessions on artificial intelligence,machine learning, and smart antennas.Surbhi Bhatia holds a doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering fromBanasthali University, which she earned in 2018 in the area of machinelearning and social media analytics. She earned project management professionalcertification from the Project Management Institute, USA. Sheis currently an assistant professor in the Department of Data Science,School of Science, Engineering and Environment, University of Salford,Manchester, United Kindgom. She has more than ten years of teachingexperience in different universities in India and Saudi Arabia. She is alsoa consultant in the Research Lab, India. She is an editorial board memberfor the International Journal of Hybrid Intelligence and for SN AppliedSciences. She has registered eight national and international patents inIndia, Australia, and the USA. She has published many papers in reputedjournals and in high indexing databases (SCI, SCIE, Scopus, Web ofScience, ESCI). She currently serves as a guest editor of special issues forthe journals SN Applied Sciences, Computer, Materials and Continua,and Internet of Things. She has delivered talks as a keynote speaker atIEEE conferences and in faculty development programmes. She has conductedworkshops for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)programmers and chaired technical sessions at many conferences. She hasauthored two books published by Springer and Wiley. She has also editedseven books with CRC Press, Elsevier, and Springer. She was selectedfor the prestigious “Best Young National Award” by the IRDP group ofjournals in India. She has had many projects approved by the Ministryof Education, Saudi Arabia and holds a Deanship of Scientific Researchin Saudi Arabia and DST, India. Her areas of interest are Data Mining,Machine Learning, Sentiment Analysis, Natural Language Processing,and Data Analytics.Mokhtar Shouran earned a BSc degree in Control Engineering from theCollege of Electronic Technology, Bani Walid, Libya, in 2011. He earnedan MSc degree with distinction in Electronics and Information Technologyfrom the University of South Wales, Treforest, UK, in 2017. He was alsoawarded a certificate of excellence. Shouran is currently pursuing a PhDdegree in Load Frequency Control in Power Systems at the WolfsonCentre for Magnetics, Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK. His research interestsinclude Optimisation Algorithms, Fuzzy Logic Control, Sliding ModeControl, Traditional Control, and Power System Stability and Control.
