Danielle Lee Tomson is a writer, scholar, and strategist. She is currently Research Manager at the Center for an Informed Public at the University of Washington, where she leads research on election rumors and institutional communication. Her writing and commentary have appeared in outlets including The Wall Street Journal, POLITICO, and The Seattle Times. Danielle earned her doctorate in Communications at ColumbiaUniversity's Graduate School of Journalism. She proudly hails from Western Pennsylvania.
