Lyle Hamm is an Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership in the Faculty of Education at the University of New Brunswick. His research, teaching, and mentoring practice, broadly speaking, focuses on supporting educators, school leaders, and students who live, serve, and learn in demographically-changing schools and communities.

Lyle Hamm has written a book to support us as educators in our daily work of promoting peace and hope amidst the rapid changes in society, complex issues of diversity and immigration, and tragic events. The case studies and thought-provoking discussion questions at the end of each chapter make this book an excellent tool for book studies or leadership training.
