Carole Spiers MIHE, MISMA, is the Director and founder of the Carole Spiers Group - International Occupational Stress and Corporate Wellbeing Consultants. She is an international presenter and Occupational Stress Councellor and consultant with over twenty years' experience in the field of stress management. Formerly the chair of ISMA UK (International Stress Management Association) from 2002-2003, Carole is now one of their Vice-Presidents as well as being Deputy CEO of the Andrea Adams Trust (the UK charity dedicated to tackling bullying in the workplace). I her professional capacity, Carole is frequently called upon by the BBC and other media outlets to provide informed comment on stress-related issues, and regularly makes keynote presentations to seminar audiences.
