Professor of Neurology, Chairman, Department of Neurology, University of Texas Medical School at Houston; Director, Stroke Program, Memorial Hermann - Texas Medical Center, Houston, TX Arthur L. Day, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with specific cerebrovascular and skull-base neurosurgery expertise. He specializes in the microsurgical treatment of brain tumors and minimally invasive spinal surgery. Dr. Day is also a professor in the Vivian L. Smith Department of Neurosurgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.Eng H. Lo is a basic neurovascular scientist.
