The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 141 reports on, amongst others, the ICJ Judgments 1998-2002 in Land and Maritime Boundary between Cameroon and Nigeria, the 2009 German Federal Constitutional Court judgment in the Lisbon Treaty Constitutionality Case and the English High Court judgment in Mechan v.
