Abderaouf Bouguerra is an Associate Professor in Strategy and International Business at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey. He received his PhD from Warwick Business School. His research lies at the intersection of strategy, international business and sustainability, and his work has been published in leading business and management journals. Sun Hye Lee is an Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Her research interests are centred around corporate social irresponsibility, global supply chains, and digital sustainability. Her work has been published in many leading journals. Jill Juergensen is a Lecturer in International Business and Strategy at Surrey Business School. She received her PhD from Henley Business School, University of Reading. Her research focuses on innovation in SMEs, organizational learning and international business activities such as exporting and international alliances. Shasha Zhao is Associate Professor of International Business and Innovation at the University of Surrey, co-founder and co-president of AIB Sustainability SIG, and co-director of Centre for Social Innovation Management. Her research focuses on the global innovation strategies, sustainable development, and knowledge management of MNEs in and from emerging economies.
